The General Administration for Administrative Development
strives to provide its services to all sectors of the university, in pursuit of
investing human minds, whom are laboring to change all aspects of life, to keep
abreast of the developments in all societies through the provision of high
quality developmental and regulatory programs, according to international
standards and prepared by specialists with outstanding expertise, in pursuit of
the vision of the Kingdom in 2030, which aims to refine the practical and
scientific skills to elevate the standard of living of the individual and the
development of society.

that support the process of giving and development through various programs in
the fields of training, scholarships, studies and specialized regulatory
consultancy.

It has become necessary to paying attention to the training
of working cadres in our precious university via constructing a training system
that ensures the high level of quality in the job performance and
self-development within the workplace and community service.
From this standpoint,
the General Administration of Administrative
Development strives to improve and develop its professional sessions by
improving the skills of those who prepare and implement them as well as assisting
them in performing their duties with a high degree of efficiency and
effectiveness.
Henceforth, the General Administration of Administrative
Development attends completely to both trainees and trainers, especially the
trainers as leaders of modernization and development, which is reflected
positively in improving the performance in the training process, and
contributes to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of training and
scholarship programs and development of workers in the field of training.
